Together we will create an individualized cleaning plan for your home prior to your first cleaning. This is an agreed upon checklist that will be followed during each cleaning to ensure your expectations have been met! If an item from the checklist has been missed, or you are dissatisfied with the quality of the clean, just notify me within 8 hours of your clean and I will return to your home within the next 24 to 48 hours to make it right. If I am unable to return to your home within this timeframe, you will receive a free add-on during your next house cleaning.
Yes! Uplift Cleaning Company is fully insured. It is locally owned and a registered business. The owner/operator has passed their Vulnerable Sector Check.
Understanding that life happens, we ask that you provide as much notification as possible. Saying that, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a service fee of $50+hst on their next house cleaning.
If you have preferred tools and supplies you would like used, please let me know in advanced and I will be happy to use them. Otherwise, I have my own tools and supplies that I will use.
Yes! I use a Hoover Commercial Shoulder Vac Pro Backpack Vacuum.
Dawn Dish Soap, Lysol products, Barkeeper’s Friend, Comet and Vinegar. Concentrated effort is being made to replace these American products with suitable Canadian brands. (Check out my YouTube channel on this.)

Yes - While it is strongly recommended that your home is cleaned on a regular basis to prevent a build up of dust, dirt, and germs; a one-time house cleaning can be offered.
Whatever you are comfortable with! Some people want to be home or need to be home. Others must work, attend other obligations, or prefer not to be at home. If you are not going to be home, then we will have a conversation prior to your house cleaning regarding how I will access and secure your home. Also, please note that if you are not going to be home during your house cleaning, I ask you provide a phone number or email address where you can be reached for emergencies.
Are your pets friendly? If yes, then no - they do not need to be penned up. If they are not friendly, I ask that your please pen them for my safety. If unfriendly pets are not enclosed, I have the right to refuse unsafe working conditions and will not be completing your scheduled cleaning at your expense.
Yes. I am the owner and operator of Uplift Cleaning Company. This is a one woman show. If your home requires more than eight hours of cleaning, I may require two days to clean it. Please know I will be expanding my business and eventually will be hiring on a second cleaner to clean alongside me. I will always be onsite for the full duration of your house cleaning.

For recurring clients, the first cleaning will be a deep clean.
All recurring clients will be given the opportunity to participate in a rewards program where after 10 cleanings you receive a free add-on service (examples, cleaning of the fridge, stove or up to 10 window tracks).
